Extra Health and Safety Training Opportunity
Use this time of year in January for some Health and Safety refresher training in your organisation. Short and sharp 2-4 hour sessions at your office or ours will give you a great start to the year.

Health & Safety Refresher for Staff (2 hours)
Delivery of a two-hour refresher training session to employees and/or contractors on your site to include:
- One hour in the training room covering:
- Understanding of Health and Safety Legislative requirements and roles and responsibilities of employees and employers.
- Managing Risk in the workplace
- What does good safety look like? (at a practical level)
- Creating a culture of safety or ‘this is how we do things around here’
- Effective Engagement and Communication in the Workplace
- Where to from here?
- One hour in specific work areas reinforcing the principles from the training room session and reviewing high risk/significant hazards and their controls in the workplace e.g.: Mock Inductions or scenarios eg: manage and emergency or a risk.

Health & Safety Diagnostic Assessment (2hrs)
A 2-hour on-site assessment of your business:
- Completing a safe365 assessment supported by an All About People Health and Safety Specialist.
- You will have clarity as to where your business is doing well with health and safety and where it could improve.
- You will have an Action Plan of things to work on.
