Craig has over 20yrs experience in workplace health and safety, is undertaking a Masters Degree and is a SafePlus Accredited Assessor. Drawing from his farming background and involvement in the community as a Station Officer at Manly Fire Station and Medical First Responder, Craig connects with people in a friendly but professional way.
Craig makes the best coffee in the office.

Michelle joined the business in 2003 to work with the team to deliver high levels of customer service and to help answer enquiries from clients. Along with the rest of the team, Michelle is passionate about working with clients to achieve practical solutions that work.
She runs the business on good strong coffee.

Office Manager
Claire is our Office Manager with a focus on Fire Safety Administration. She works with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless process around Trial Evacuations, Fire Warden Training, Development of Fire Schemes and Client Reporting.
Unfortunately she prefers fruit juice to caffeine – but we are working on it.

Rachel Anderson
Operations Assistant – BBS
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Rachel has worked in various Sales and Operations roles and has part ownership in her own business. She co-ordinates our clients’ health and safety resources ensuring all details are covered.
Drinks coffee but actually makes an outstanding cup of tea.

Business Development – Online Marketing Contractor
Nikki enjoys being a part of promoting businesses who aim to be at the top of their game.
Now contracting to us she manages our website & social media content along with supporting the sales team.
A Cafe owner in a past life, she is fussy about good coffee.

Special Operations Assistant
Gemma is our Special Operations Assistant. She has been a Building Manager for a property company looking after commercial buildings and customers for over 6 years and understands the Health and Safety and Fire and Emergency management facets.
Gemma likes her coffee white with one.

Clint Robinson
Fire and Health & Safety Specialist
Clint is the expert on all things difficult such as confined space entry, working at heights, rescue procedures, etc. All the practical stuff including First Aid. In his spare time Clint is an EMT with St Johns Ambulance Service and Station Officer at the Manly Volunteer Fire Brigade.
He is partial to a Chai Latte

Mike has been a Volunteer Firefighter for many years and is now full-time with Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
He brings his expertise and practical advice to our fire and emergency clients.

Shane has worked in a variety of industries including petrochemical, chemical, plastics,
animal nutrition, shipping, transport and storage, healthcare, manufacturing,
food services, civil construction, tourism, local authorities and waste industries.
He is an experienced health and safety, human resources and training professional.
