Michelle joined the business in 2003 to work with the team to deliver high levels of customer service and to help answer enquiries from clients. Along with the rest of the team, Michelle is passionate about working with clients to achieve practical solutions that work.

Simon brings extensive business and account management experience from across a wide range of industries. Understanding the needs of organisations and developing good relationships are his forte.

Moana joined the team at All About People with a background in civil construction, where she carried out Health & Safety Management at a national level.
Smoothies are her beverage of choice resisting the office bias for coffee.
Fire Safety Specialist
Darren was born and raised in the Matakana area and moved to the Hibiscus Coast when he began working in the emergency services, starting with the Fire Service Communications Centre, and later Ambulance Communications.
Darren prefers a plain old white with two but would never say no to an Iced Coffee either!
Senior Health & Safety Specialist – BSc, PGDiP Sci in Env Mgmt
Shane has worked in a variety of industries including petrochemical, chemical, plastics,
animal nutrition, shipping, transport and storage, healthcare, manufacturing,
food services, civil construction, tourism, local authorities and waste industries.
He is an experienced health and safety, human resources and training professional.
Claire is our Office Manager with a focus on Fire Safety Administration. She works with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless process around Trial Evacuations, Fire Warden Training, Development of Fire Schemes and Client Reporting.
Unfortunately she prefers fruit juice to caffeine – but we are working on it.
Senior Health & Safety Specialist
Based in our Christchurch office, Shona has a wealth of hands on experience in workplace health and safety and training.
She welcomes anyone to drop in to share a coffee with her. If she is in her office that is.
Operations Assistant – BBS
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Rachel has worked in various Sales and Operations roles and has part ownership in her own business. She co-ordinates our clients’ health and safety resources ensuring all details are covered.
Drinks coffee but actually makes an outstanding cup of tea.
Special Operations Assistant
Gemma is our Special Operations Assistant. She has been a Building Manager for a property company looking after commercial buildings and customers for over 6 years and understands the Health and Safety and Fire and Emergency management facets.
Gemma likes her coffee white with one.
Business Development – Online Marketing Contractor
Nikki enjoys being a part of promoting businesses who aim to be at the top of their game.
Now contracting to us she manages our website & social media content along with supporting the sales team.
