Craig has over 20 years experience in workplace health and safety and is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in his specialty field. Drawing from his farming background and his involvement in the community as a Senior Fire Fighter and Medical First Responder, Craig connects with people in a friend but professional way to support other businesses.
Craig makes the best coffee in the office.

Michelle joined the business in 2003 to work with the team to deliver high levels of customer service and to help answer enquiries from clients. Along with the rest of the team, Michelle is passionate about working with clients to achieve practical solutions that work.
She runs the business on good strong coffee.
Operations & Finance Manager – BBS
Josie has held a number of senior positions both in Business Banking and Financial management and enjoys being a part of an organisation that encourages a culture of both individual and team performance while helping the organisation achieve its objectives.
The coffee drinker dominance is dwindling as Josie prefers tea.
Business Development Manager – BSc
Simon brings business and account management experience in a wide range of industries, including running his own businesses. Understanding the needs of organisations and developing good relationships are his forté.
He keeps up on double shot flat whites.
Senior Health & Safety Specialist
Based in our Christchurch office, Shona has a wealth of hands on experience in workplace health and safety and health and safety training.
She is based in Christchurch and welcomes anyone to drop in to share a coffee with her. If she is in her office that is.
Health & Safety Specialist
Moana joined the team at All About People with a background in civil construction, where she carried out Health & Safety Management at a national level.
Smoothies are her beverage of choice resisting the office bias for coffee.
Health & Safety Specialist – BUrbRegPlan(Hons) GDipOHS, Safety Institute of Australia Member
Jay has joined our team from Australia and brings plenty of Health and Safety knowledge from various industries. He is also a Volunteer Fire Fighter and St Johns Volunteer Ambulance Officer in Auckland.
Rarely have we witnessed Jay enjoying a tea or coffee, rather a healthy juice or a hot chocolate, depending upon the weather.
Fire Safety Specialist
Darren was born and raised in the Matakana area and moved to the Hibiscus Coast when he began working in the emergency services, starting with the Fire Service Communications Centre, and later Ambulance Communications.
Darren prefers a plain old white with two but would never say no to an Iced Coffee either!
Claire is our Office Manager with a focus on Fire Safety Administration. She works with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless process around Trial Evacuations, Fire Warden Training, Development of Fire Schemes and Client Reporting.
Unfortunately she prefers fruit juice to caffeine – but we are working on it.
Business Development – Online Marketing
Nikki enjoys being a part of promoting businesses who aim to be at the top of their game. Managing the website and social media along with supporting the sales team, she brings customer focus, care and commitment to the team.
Her personal Keep Cup is topped up with a soy cappuccino mid morning.
Operations Assistant – BBS
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Rachel has worked in various Sales and Operations roles and has part ownership in her own business. She co-ordinates our clients’ health and safety resources ensuring all details are covered.
Drinks coffee but actually makes an outstanding cup of tea.
Special Operations Assistant
Gemma is our Special Operations Assistant. She has been a Building Manager for a property company looking after commercial buildings and customers for over 6 years and understands the Health and Safety and Fire and Emergency management facets.
Gemma likes her coffee white with one (or 1/2 or 3/4 depending how much sugar she has already consumed that day!)
