Craig Macdonald
Director | Senior Health & Safety Specialist
Masters in WHS, BBS, GCertWHS, ProfNZISM.
Craig has over 25 years experience in Workplace Health and Safety and Emergency Management. He is also currently improving his knowledge of Safety Differently, and is a SafePlus Accredited Assessor. Drawing from his farming background Craig connects with people in a friendly but professional way, has a practical approach, and is solution focused. He is a Chief Fire Officer with Fire and Emergency New Zealand as well as Medical First Response. Craig is HASANZ Registered.
Michelle Macdonald

Michelle joined the business in 2003 to work with the team to deliver high levels of customer service and to help answer enquiries from clients. Along with the rest of the team, Michelle is passionate about working with clients to achieve practical solutions that work. She specialises in working with the Tourism and Events sector.
Rachel Anderson
Project Manager
BBS
Rachel manages and supports all our online clients providing outstanding monthly support. She is very solutions focused and is always there to help with those tricky questions. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Rachel has worked in various Sales and Operations roles and had part ownership of her own business.

EMT – St Johns Ambulance Service
Clint is the expert on all things difficult such as confined space entry, working at heights, rescue procedures, etc. as well as Fire and Emergency – All the practical stuff including First Aid. He specialises in working with our Construction clients.
In his spare time Clint is also a Station Officer with Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
Claire Glazier
Office Manager
Claire is our Office Manager with a focus on Finance and Fire Safety Administration. She works with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless processes around Trial Evacuations, Fire Warden Training, Development of Fire Schemes and Client Reporting.
Shane Burke
Senior Health & Safety Specialist
BSc,PGDip Sci in Env Mgmt
Shane has worked in a variety of industries including waste management, chemical, plastics, animal nutrition, shipping, transport and storage, healthcare and manufacturing. Shane also provides HR services and solutions.
