Craig Macdonald
Director | Senior Health & Safety Specialist
Masters in WHS, BBS, GCertWHS, ProfNZISM.
Craig brings over 25 years of expertise in Workplace Health and Safety and Emergency Management. He is a SafePlus Accredited Assessor and HASANZ Registered, using a Safety Differently approach. With a practical, solution-focused mindset and a background in farming, Craig connects easily with people. He also serves as a Chief Fire Officer with Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
Michelle Macdonald

Michelle works closely with clients to provide clear, practical health & safety solutions. She brings particular expertise in supporting the Tourism and Events sector with many years of experience in both sectors. Michelle is passionate about working alongside clients to develop solutions that genuinely work in practice, are people focused and not just another piece of paper.
James Macdonald
H & S and Emergency Management Specialist
James is passionate about working alongside people helping them to stay safe in challenging environments. With expertise in working at height, confined space, first aid, fire & rescue, four-wheel drive, and chainsaw operation, he equips teams with real-world skills to tackle high-risk situations confidently. His approachable style and hands-on experience help businesses build a strong safety culture. James is a Senior Fire fighter with Fire and Emergency New Zealand.

Rachel provides exceptional support to our online clients, solving challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach. With a Business degree in Marketing and a background in Sales, Operations, and business ownership, she brings both experience and insight to every interaction.

Clint is a seasoned specialist in high-risk environments, with deep expertise in confined space entry, working at heights, rescue operations, and emergency response procedures. He leads practical training Fire and Emergency protocols, and is particularly skilled in supporting clients across the construction sector.
Outside of work, Clint serves as a Station Officer with Fire and Emergency New Zealand, bringing real-world experience and leadership to every training session and safety initiative.
Claire Glazier
Office Manager
Claire is our highly skilled Office Manager, playing a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly. She works closely with clients and consultants to coordinate key safety services, oversees the planning and delivery of Trial Evacuations, facilitates Fire Warden Training, supports the development of tailored Fire Schemes, and manages detailed client reporting. Her organisation and calm efficiency keep everything moving.
