Michelle joined the business in 2003 to work with the team to deliver high levels of customer service and to help answer enquiries from clients. Along with the rest of the team, Michelle is passionate about working with clients to achieve practical solutions that work.
She runs the business on good strong coffee.

Moana joined the team at All About People with a background in civil construction. Her approach is a walking alongside our clients working with them in a step by step manner to achieve best practice.
Smoothies are her beverage of choice resisting the office bias for coffee.
Claire is our Office Manager with a focus on Finance and Fire Safety Administration. She works with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless processes around Trial Evacuations, Fire Warden Training, Development of Fire Schemes and Client Reporting.
Unfortunately she prefers fruit juice to caffeine – but we are working on it.
Project Manager - BBS
With a Bachelor's degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Rachel has worked in various Sales and Operations roles and had part ownership of her own business. Rachel manages and supports all our online clients providing outstanding monthly support.
Drinks coffee but actually makes an outstanding cup of tea.
Gemma has been a Building Manager for a Property Company looking after commercial buildings and customers for over 6 years and understands the Health and Safety and Fire and Emergency Management facets. She Project Manages our Google forms processess and is in charge of our Australian Projects as well as managing Contractor Mmanagment pre approvals for a number of clients.
Fire Safety and Online Support Specialist
Cameron is a Volunteer Firefighter while studying a Bachelor of Arts.
A keen rugby player, he also works as a Security Guard at sports events, concerts and shows.

Emergency Management and Health and Safety Specialist
Clint is the expert on all things difficult such as confined space entry, working at heights, rescue procedures, etc. as well as all thinsg Fire and Emergency - All the practical stuff including First Aid.
In his spare time Clint is an EMT with St Johns Ambulance Service. Clint is an approved trainer with Fire and Emergency New Zealand and is also trained to Station Officer level.
